Do you provide Exchanges/Returns?

We value our customers and our jewellery. And that means giving you the best in design, quality and price. Each ornament shipped is packaged with great care, and the entire process is documented for safety and security. And that is why you'll come to love our jewellery time and again.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

  1. Cash refunds are not given for any purchases made - be they online or in retail stores*. You will be given in-store credits for use in www.violetandpurple.com only
  2. We do not encourage exchanges of our products, with a few exceptions**.
  3. We do not engage in reselling used jewellery and discourage the same because we cannot ensure the best quality jewellery for our customers.

*   - Final decision lies with management.
** - Size exchange allowed for bangles and bracelets within a stipulated period of time.

The above policies may seem a bit harsh and heavy-handed, but please consider the up-side to it; better quality, better price and simplified processes to help you find the perfect ornament.

For International Orders:

  • We do not support Exchanges or Returns for orders outside India.
  • A refund can be processed if you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch it for shipping.
  • Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
  • Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded during shipment. Any issues may be brought to the team for further assistance.
