We process Refunds on orders that have been cancelled for the following reasons:
- The prepaid order has been cancelled in 12 Hrs of placing the order.
- You have placed an order for a product we cannot deliver to you due to limited quantity. In such a case, we will inform you about the situation and let you choose other jewellery worth the same amount.
For all other orders, you will receive in-store credits redeemable on www.violetandpurple.com only.
