We don’t allow any room for error. You can rest assured that your order is in safe hands. We do our best to ensure the complete safety of the jewellery and provide appropriate packaging. We also document every step of the process to ensure transparency and security.
You will also be provided with instructions on handling and safe-keeping, along with a box for long-storage, as well as an eco-friendly bag for carrying your jewellery around!
In the worst-case scenario where you have received a damaged piece, you can drop a mail to sales@violetandpurple.com and we'll try to help you out.
